The audio tracks for today’s online 5Rhythms class will be posted below shortly before class. We will meet together on Zoom (register online to receive the link to the Zoom meeting) and check in verbally for a bit before beginning the music.
Then, we will–all at the same time!–click the play button below so that we are dancing with coordinated music.
Feel free to play the test track below (“Body Jazz,” by Gabrielle Roth & The Mirrors) to get a feel for how the player works. The wave we will use for class will be added the day of class.
You may want external speakers that attach to your computer or wireless ear buds for best audio quality. But if you don’t have those, the speakers in your device will work fine.
Important! So far, the method I’m using only works on a desktop/laptop. Not on a mobile device. I’ll keep working on finding a mobile way to connect. But for now you will need to use a desk/laptop computer or two mobile devices: one for Zoom and one to play the music on this webpage.
I believe strongly in supporting the musicians who create the music that supports our practice. To that end, I only use music that I have obtained rights to use in an online class. Most of this music is from Raven Recording and was created for 5Rhythms practice. As a 5Rhythms teacher, I have been granted permission to use it for streaming classes. The rest is Creative Commons License or from additional artists who have granted permission to use their work. If you are interested in any of the tracks, please let me know and I will direct you to where you can purchase them.
